How to prune this grapevine

I moved into a house this summer and it has a small grapevine.

I got a lot of nice grapes this summer from it.

I believe I have to prune it back in winter so it can grow healthy next year, I read up on it but couldn't understand what to do in regards to my specific vine.

This is a photo of it, can anyone advise what action I should take on it?

Ideally I want it to grow in two directions.  I want it to grow again as shown in the photo, but along all three horizontal wires.  In addition, I want to take it up and over the patio doors where the photo was taken from by using a trellis or wire above the door.  So I think I need four strong young shoots that will be the main stems.

There is a rose growing to the left which did not flower, I'm happy to cut it down.  That is a jasmine plant lying on the ground which again I am happy to sacrifice for the grapes.

(By the way the root of it is in the neighbours garden, I think she doesnt even know it is there as it goes straight through the fence into our garden where the sun comes)

Choose your 4 main stems and tie them to the wires so make your famework. If they are too long you can cut a third off each. Cut each shoot growing off them to one or two buds. Then, in summer, cut back all the leafy branches to where there is a bunch of flowers that will be grapes, so that each bunch isn't covered by leaves.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
