Oh, Buttercupdays I haven't had Greenfinch on my Rosa Rugosa for two years now. Maybe there's still time as they seemed to prefer the hips when they are softer. On the plus side I've gained a Pied Wagtail who eates the hip seeds scattered by the sparrows.
As for these garden programmes I'm just pleased to have something inspiring to watch! Makes you realise the hard work we put into our gardens.
Not bothered with Great British Gardens but watched another Garden Revial yesterday on Conifers and Geriums , didn't realise the difference between Geruims and Pelgodiums , just thought they where annual or hardy
