Garden bird ID please

Anyone have any ideas what this little fellow is? I've narrowed it down to a kind of wagtail I think. Sorry for the poor quality photos.
He's been hopping around on the patio outside the kitchen door the last couple of days but nowhere near the birdfeeder which is a bit frantic at the moment. So I think he's a bit shy.

Looks like the grey wagtail http://www.rspb.org.uk/discoverandenjoynature/discoverandlearn/birdguide/name/g/greywagtail/
Yes you are right, it is a grey wagtail. We have them down here and they tend not to come to the bird feeders but look after themselves in winter like the black redstarts.
It may be tempted by some chopped up meal worms!
Thank you. Grey wagtail is a very boring name for such a beautiful bird!
Yes grey wagtail - we sometimes get them overwintering around here - they're insectivores so are looking for little grubs and insects - hard frosts etc are difficult for them so yes, chopped up meal worms would be good
