Buying seeds online and ship them to Holland

Hello,
It is sometimes very difficult to find the plants and/or seeds mentioned in Gardeners World here in Holland.
Does anyone know of a company that will ship seeds to the Netherlands?
Have any of you tried having full grown plants shipped? It does not sound like a good idea, but who knows.
