Yes a Happy Christmas to you, too Grandmafixit - and I hope all of you lovely Grandma's are giving your grandchildren at least one garden oriented pressie. Mine are all getting Amaryllis and will compete to see whose comes up first, whose is the tallest, who has the first open flower and whose falls over first!
Yes , sort of gardening granny - tomorrow after school we are taking them to a lovely garden centre to see Santa.followed by tea and some Christmas shopping , where they usually choose something . We get as much fun out of it as the kiddies !

can't beat it Cangrannie..and one of my grandsons is still finding alpine strawberries in the garden - the same one that knows exactly which sweety pockets in my advent calendar have not yet been opened!
