Does anyone know why my garden is sprouting this fungi, what fungi it is and do I need to get rid of them?

I've got those, I've never given them a name. Very pretty and no trouble as far as I can see. It's a good time of year for fungi, the upcoming frost will finish them off

Its the 1st year I've seen them in my garden. I dont want them taking over but if they are harmless I'll leave them alone, thanks.
They won't take over, they'll have a short season and you won't see them till next year.
