Recommended pet (for cats) insurance?

First of all is there a pet insurance that covers teeth health? My cat supposidly needs some teeth taken out and anesthetic is needed, plus teeth cleaning. Insurance (well mine) being one of the biggest con merchants out there said its a grooming issue.
atm I'm with post office pet insurance but wanted to know if I'm missing out on better ones.

This one says it covers dental work, subject to an annual dental inspection, but I presume that if it's a pre-existing condition no insurance will cover it.
