Have been presented with two plants and cannot find what they are called, could anyone help me identify them. Ta.

Bottom one looks like some form of euphorbia.
Bottom one looks like Chilean Fire bush to me. Embothrium coccineum
bottom one might be a penstemon?
Top one looks a lot like Sanguisorba.
