Entomosporium leaf spot

Hello everyone,
I have a pear tree that suffers from Entomosporium leaf spot. What's the best way to treat it? Either naturally or chemically.
Thanks

I have tried a garlic water on roses with blight and it has cured it and it seems to have good result on plants and trees.fill a 6 litres of water with a clove of garlic leave for a week then pour on plant ,keep clove as it gets stronger in re fill
Hi Mike, I inherited this tree 3 years ago so I don't know the history but since we've been here there's been a bumper crop each year but the pears are inedible.
Thanks Flowering Rose, when is the best time to spray?
