    X Factor, Just shows how gullible the british public are to watch this load of rubbish.

    ..used to enjoy this until a couple of years ago.. no longer watch...  back in the days of Pop Idol, when Gareth Gates was up against Will Young in the final, I worked at a Call Centre which handled overflow calls.  There was never enough lines available in those days for voters and thousands (?) of votes went astray - to us - unrecorded.   Our job was to advise them to redial as the vote wasn't counted, but many were young children who simply didn't understand... 

    ..the overall consensus between staff there was that most calls that overflowed to us were in favour of Gates...but Young got the verdict...
