I have a lovely hebe that is still flowering but has doubled in size and spread side ways
I would like to reduce its girth
? How and when should I do that please
Everyone is just trying to be Happy.....So lets help Them.

You can be brutal with a hebe if needed, but I'd do it in spring, cutting back to buds on the stems, they can take it.
