Looks like Helichrysum, straw flowers.
Helichrysum I think, Im growing them, not very well I may add.
I agree, Helichrysum or Straw Flowers. I have grown them, and they last a very long time, they like full sun. I have dried them too, and they last for ever!

Hi George, pick them while in bud and hang them in an airy, dry shed or garage. Enjoy.
