Erigeron karviensis overwintering
I am assuming this plant is a hardy perennial. How do I overwinter it
The plant has been in a pot all summer and it could stay in this during the winter if I am advised to bring it indoors

Mine stays outside. It is hardy but it is sitting in the wet which would kill it. Mine dies back completely and then comes from the base in spring. You will probably find seedlings popping up everywhere in cracks, gravel etc if it is happy!
Oh good, I've been growing it for the first time this year and it is such a jolly little thing
These are really tough, mine grow in my gravel drive with no soil. They have long tap roots and like very good drainage, so winter wet might be the main danger.
I planted one year before last and it has just been glorious, now four or five times the size it was when planted and seeding itself in the drive. The main plant is still flowering.
