Chilean lantern plant

I was reading the forum concerning the Chilean lantern plant, which I sadly couldn't get back. My Chilean lantern plant which I had it for a year is been constantly attacked by leaf weevil or tiny caterpillar. How could I get rid of please.

I have two of them, and one isn't affected by them, please help me.
