Hi please could anyone identified this plant if it's edible/beneficial plant for birds with those dark berries? look like currant but there's no currant tree anywhere near my area.
No need to get rid of it, just treat it with respect - don't eat it, and teach others to do the same. If we get rid of all that is poison our how will anyone learn to deal with these plants when they occur in the wild? They will not poison your veggies, and the plant is quite attractive, and the birds like it. Learn to live with it I would say, and teach others to do the same.

Don't eat those 'currants'.
I can't see the shape of the plant but first guess is Solanum nigrum, black nightshade.
In the sticks near Peterborough
I was going to say nightshade just because of the way the berries hang. If you've got children I'd get rid of the plant.
thank you for all reply.
yes will get rid of it as it's near to my vege patch.
