Spring Bulbs
Hi
I did some bulbs last year and have added to it this Autumn and planted daffs in ground and also some Irises, Hyacinths, and crocus. Now They have been in the ground for a 3-4 weeks now but the ones in tubs are starting to push through the soil about 2-4 cm in height and it's not even November yet and looking round the garden have noticed some from last year just starting to come up. I live in the North west and it has not been very cold yet is this normally for Spring bulbs? It has been mild Autumn and will they be OK once Winter comes along.
Thanks for any advice.

Spring bulbs often make an early start in the aurumn, especially if it's mild. They'll stop growing when the weather cools down and start again in the spring. Absolutely nothing to worry about.
It sounds as if you'l have a lovely show in the spring. Come back and post a photo for us then
