    Right I've booked the fire engine there's no way I'll not get stuck in the traffic now! Anyone needing a lift from here to there get your fire hats on we've a lot of motorway to churn up.

    Anyone for gluten free brownies? Pretty sure, what with all the health fads, that gluten free also means super healthy and thus not fattening.... right?
