re planting grape vine.

We have had two grapevines in the greenhouse for about 2 years we are considering planting in the garden can any of you good people help with advice as to soil preparation when to put out pruning etc. Thanks

They are 2 years old in pots they are red grapes we don't know the variety! We are thinking of planting in a square metre area , we have clay soil so would we need to add lime or other things?
