Hard to say daisy. If they've dried out they may not.
Nothing to lose. Plant them and see.

I got mine from wilkinson and it said to plant around now so I'll try them and get back to u with my results!
The less time they spend out of the ground the better. Drying them and selling in bags is good for shops but not for the corms. They should be in leaf now, not shrivelled up in a bag. Cyclamen hederifolium has a few flowers left and is coming into leaf. C. coum is in leaf and will flower in winter.
There are many other species but you're unlikely to find them in a non-specialist outlet

They are packed with dirt if that gives an advantage?
Not really, unless the packing material was still damp.
Try soaking the corms in warm water overnight before planting, that sometimes help.
