I'm thinking of the annual one WO, we call them both Dog's Mercury around here, but it probably has another name. The annual one has shiny leaves doesn't it\?
Sorry to doubt u dove but they are shiny but the leaves look a little different and I can't find an annual variety only perienral?

I agree with u but the leaves look allot smaller than the plant u are showing me dove
But the plant I'm showing you is a mature plant - seedlings will be smaller
