camellia looking poorly

hi there, ive had this in a pot for quite some many years but recently ive noticed it looking very poorly indeed , any ideas ?

    It is going chloritic, and needs some iron, in the form of Sequestrene, which you can buy from the GC.

    thank you =) i have fed it with a general ericaceous feed which i hope will do the job ?
