Identifying Plants and flowers
in Plants
Hello!
I need some help
My mum loves plants and has lots of them at home, but she doesn't know the names of most of them. I want to make a catalogue of the plants she has so that she can refer to it anytime she needs to. I'd greatly appreciate it if any of you could help me identify a few. I will attach the pictures below. Thank you!!!

4 could be tradescantia.
Haven't a clue about the others.
You obviously live somewhere nice and hot.
Hello Elle. Does your Mother live in the West Indies, some of the plants look familiar to me, but I don't know their names.
#7 is Cordyline terminalis aka Ti. It is a houseplant in the UK as are most of the plants in the pics.
#8 is a type of bromeliad.
A trip to BnQ or Homebase or the like's home plant section will give you the name of the others.
I'm growing no. 6 as a houseplant, but have no idea what it is.
#2 looks liky Polyscias pinnata 'marginata'
#6 is probably Dianella...
Wow! Thank you all so much!
The allamanda blachentii is one of my favourites. The flowers smell so good. I saw a hummingbird near it once. Before that I wasn't even aware that we have hummingbirds where we live :P
I live in Nagaland. It's in north eastern India, bordering Myanmar. The area is mostly hilly and not too hot, but I live in the hot and humid bit. So the vegetation in Nagaland ranges from tropical evergreen to mountain forests.
I have a few more plants I need help identifying. If you guys know any of them it would be awesome.
