When is the time to plant Babiana and Sparaxis bulbs? Thanks.

Are you growing these in a frost-free greenhouse or outside?  If in the greenhouse you can plant your Babianas any time now.  If you want to grow them outside wait until late spring.

As for Sparaxis, they can go in outside this autumn as long as they're in a relatively sheltered and well-drained spot.  To be on the safe side you can put them in pots in the greenhouse and then sink the pots into the garden border after the frosts are over next year.
