Another plant id required, thank you please...
I've several of these in my garden; they look like very slim gladioli, or big crocosmia, but I'm sure they're neither.

The leaves are long and pointed, like thin daffodil leaves and they are all around the base of the plant. In fact there're more leaves than shoots with flower buds.
Can anyone help please thank you?

you might it still listed as schisostylis coccinea
Also known as Kaffir lily.
I've had mine a couple of years given to me as a discarded clump. discovering they were a South African plant I planted them in a very dry area of my garden. They survived and last winter flowered almost non stop (NE England) however I've since discovered they like a moist fertile area so I'll move them in the Spring . Mine are in full flower right now.
I was given a spade full of those (literally) from someone whose flower bed had become overrun with them. Added a few dark red ones, the whole patch is a joy each early autumn - now blooming away. No idea what kind they are, there are shades of pink, white and a few red that I added - in a fairy well drained area but still quite happy after several years.
