You can plant them now. You can plant them as you'd like to see them next year. Most plants make more of an impact in groups. I wouldn't plant them as mixed groups, they may not all flower at the same time.

Thankyou for your help, I will hopefully be planting them out tomorrow if the weather improves!
Remember that alliums have a lot of foliage which looks untidy after flowering, some people try to hide them behind other plants to hide this
I got mine today, they all look good had to look back at gw mag to what colours they are will plant them in a few places in the garden - groups sound a good idea, I like the big alliums in rows
I'm a bit slow and rarely notice these offers. Thanks for bringing the subject to my notice. I just ordered mine

That is good Nutcutlet it is a good offer and great bulbs - just got to imagine where I want them in the garden to appear in spring and summer, are you going for the wallflower offer in this gw mag
I wasn't going to have wallflowers next year Gg. Much of the garden needs reorganising and I thought I wouldn't put too much in. The alliums can be potted till I decide where to put them.
I haven't got the confirming email yet but I have a order number so assume all is well.

I've potted all my bulbs so far this year. I find that works well. I plant them as a potful where there's a gap
