1) can anyone tell me what plant this is and when I can move it?
2) Can I prune this now and move it? It I has got really woody and is far to big

Hello Angela, I think the second one is an Hypericon of some kind. The 2 that I have, I cut them back ruthlessly usually after they have flowered and displayed their berries. They are pretty tough and if it is a nuisance, it will survive being cut back now - as hard as you like.
Sorry can't help with first one.
I think the first is an aster, couldn't possibly say which one. Probably as tough as the hypericum and could be split/moved any time
