Now that the weather is starting to turn cooler i have bought an electric propogater i have fell in love with delphiniums i have managed to grow some from seed and they are still flowering at the minute the reason i have bought the propogater is because i can sow the seed in october my question is will they flower at the same time next year or will they flower earlier i am growing Magic Fountain as i do not want anything 2 tall as i live in a bit of a wind tunnel .
