Plum tree identification - purple leaf

I was hoping to get the same plum tree i have seen in another garden, but cant find. Its a really beautifully shaped tree, slightly weeping. VERY vivid purple leaves at this time of year. Its definitely a tree for fruit, not an ornamental though, purple plums very good flavour.
Anybody know this one? I can get pics.

Just bumping this up for you in case anyone can help.
Could be worth taking a look at one of the fruit tree specialist sites online to see if you can get any ideas though. A pic would probably be a big help.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Had a look, but i cant see a purple leaf.
The fruit is a large purple plum though, not small, an eating plum definitely. This is a bit of a mystery as the owner is definitely not the type to go for something unusual or expensive, so i did think it would be easy to find.
