Have you done something wrong Joyce?, it looks very easily manageable now.
You could buy a couple of boxes of annuals in the spring to brighten the borders, or maybe some heathers or those little variegated Euonymus to get some colour.
It would look nice if you could get a cover for your clothes line, always better folded than open, I think.
apart from that, lovely! Oh, maybe someone could finish painting the bottom fence for you.

Thanks for the tips the gardener did mention painting it but I thought a climbing rose would look nice against the fence I did have a clothes line cover will have to look for it now
