any help identiying this lovely plant and telling me how to care for it would be greatly appreciated
I wonder if it is a gaura...new to me this year so I'm not sure about care...
It's gaura. H-C
Looks like gaura to me too.
thank you very much for all your responses brilliant i can now search and find how to care for it Thank you so very appreciated
Long-flowering, as you've found out. Free-draining soil (it's Mexican), and resist the urge to tidy it up in autumn as it colours prettily. It doesn't like being moved, so if you have to, lift and divide in mid-spring when it'll be concentrating on growing and may not notice the disturbance. H-C
Slight change of direction. Neighbour has bright yellow crocus like flowers out now in profusion. I did ask and he did tell me but all I can remember is it sounded something like sturnburg
These, DorsetUK?
