reseeded lawn

I reseeded ;awn last week, although I think I may have used the wrong type of fertiliser for Autumn, it came in the pack with the seed and was just to fix bare patches.... I just got some crocus bulbs, can I plant some into lawn now or will I wreck it?

    Did you reseed the whole lawn or just patches? If just patches, I would plant the crocus bulbs in the non-patched bits.

    the lot but obviously more heavily in bare patches
