This is my new almost empty veggie patch. Is it a weed? Looks bit like peppercorns....

Looks like Black Nightshade to me - definitely one of the nightshades anyway, Nutcutlet will come along and confirm properly I'm sure - anyway, it's a weed of disturbed ground and definitely toxic so don't grind it on your pasta!!!

Yes I think a nightshade also, it's toxic don't ingest It.
Lots of edible versions but can't be sure so don't fancy the acid style trip, stomach ache or death. So I'll dig it up with gloves on a take it with hedge trimmings to tip...
