I have this plant in my garden with lots of berries and I would like to know what it is and if the berries are edible. Can anyone help please?
Looks like a rose to me.
Yes, I think they look like rose hips. The hairs inside form itching powder. You can make rose hip jam combined with apples, or rosehip syrup, sieving out the hairs.
Or rosehip wine but it wasn't that great. Like rosehip syrup for adults.
