I was wondering if anyone could help with the ID of this plant. It has just popped up this year and I can't find it in any of my gardening books. Fast growing and now around 5 foot high.
That's it! Thank you Victoria. No idea how it got here. The only thing I can think of is that it's quite near to a shed where I keep hay for my goats. The seeds may have come in/ along with a bale.

I used to keep goats - I had Golden Guernseys, English Guernseys and British Saanans. Ma kept a couple of Toggenburgs. I love goats.
What sort of goats do you have?
