thanks buddyboy now how do I get rid of it for next season, do I have to spray it if so when?
Lots of information re control of the condition given on Buddyboy's link. I find that thinning the fruit also helps prevent fungal/bacterial problems.
The mild winter and a warm summer with periods of high humidity has certainly provided optimum conditions for these problems.
We need a few good sharp frosts this winter
