Identifying the tree these shoots come from pls

HI

My next door neighbour has two trees which leave these in my garden.  The parts in my garden have deep roots that go lengthways and the stem is sticky and hairy. I've attached pictures of what I've pulled out my garden.

does anyone know what this is please.

    Yes I had a few choice words for them too! there were three in her garden but she decided to get rid of the one furthest from my garden....joy.
