S&J Self Clean Rake - any good as a soil rake?

I'm looking for a good S&J rake that will be lightweight but robust enough for soil and I've seen this one on Ebay:

Is this rake strong enough to work soil?

  • Not seen this one before but I think it's intended as a grass rake.

It depends on the soil maybe but I can't see that raking my soil.

It does look a bit dainty for serious workimage
