Is this Japanese Knotweed? - please help

Hello,

Hoping that someone can look at the following pictures and advise whether this bush is Japanese knotweed or not. It is in the garden behind us, thankfully not directly over our wall, however still close enough.

Reason for concern is that JK has appeared in a neighbouring garden down the street. I don't want to alarm my other neighbour unnecessarily if it is not this.

The flowers and leaves don't appear to be the shape of what I have seen online, however it does have a cane type structure which is why I am slightly concerned.

I have attached two one of the bush close up near the root and another to give an idea of shape and structure as it appears to be growing under the tree.

Many thanks

KF

Wrong shape leaves. JAP kw is in flower at the moment.

There's a mixture of things in the top pic, something with  a couple of red berries and some purplish flowers, they won't belong to the same plant. Nothing remotely like JKW.

I think it's too tall for ground elder. But this was posted months ago and KF never came back again I doubt if we''ll get any spring  photos.
