Don't think it is really - Just made me laugh when I saw it ! Haven't a clue really but sure someone will help you out. I know what you mean about feeding the birds - I had to re-position mine. All sorts of weird and and wonderful stuff growing underneath the feeders.
It isn't cannabis-I have one in a pot in the greenhouse and it flowers shortly-can't remember what is is called but somewhere I have its name -will see if I can find it -may be gone some time

It is certainly an Aroid of some description.
I "think" as well it is an indian voodoo lily-it would help if I kept labels
