Fantastic achievement, a lot of hard work has really paid off. I especially like the fence as may have to make one to stop small mutt digging up veg bed
Pauline, may I suggest that you get some knee pads, not the carpet fitter's kind which are rather hard, I have some made by JCB from B&Q so that if you kneel you don't damage your knees.
I like viewing the work I've done with a cup of tea too! My late neighbour said it was 'monitoring progress'.
Re Mrs B, as far as I know you don't have to do anything with it.
I'm sure they are hardy and as long as they aren't waterlogged over winter it should be fine. I can't remember if mine died back last year, perhaps not because it was mild.

great work, it's amazing what you can do when you just persevere
That's lovely! Well done Pauline and OH
The little fence really sets it off. Nice geum you've got kicking off on the corner too
So rewarding isn't it? Well done you!

What a credit to you Pauline. It looks lovely.
Yes, Pauline; looking at the enlargement it seems there are little 'hats' on the fence posts.
