I know you're joking Verdun, but it's easy - just buy lots of expensive young plants (the more expensive the better) and plant them all over your garden. When the slugs and snails have finished all of those off, they will then start on the weeds. If you're lucky - they may just decide all of the tasty stuff has gone and move away to fresh pastures!
