No, but they will be forming buds just now for next spring, just like Rhodies and Azaleas. Make sure they're not short of water if the ground's dry as it can cause them to drop instead of producing the flower they should
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
oh
they're huge compared to than this time last year. I'm guessing next years flowers are going to be nice 
while on the subject of camellias.. this year most of my flowers had a minimum of 3 centres in one flower.. if that makes sense it was really pretty but strange i know flowers can have mutations but there were more of these than 'normal' flowers.
