You might find the rocks useful if you feel like tackling it though. It depends on whether you want to keep any of the structure. The little 'hut' could be really nice in the right spot and renovated.
Maybe a job for next spring/summer - and perhaps we'll get some pix of you sitting in a 'Swiss chalet surrounded by alpine scree'....

Have you got redecoration and alterations to do in the house when you move in? - you might want a little hut to escape to!
