Probably not 'Blight' per se, but some sort of fungal something - it's late in the season and with the weather we've had (warm and damp) there are so many spores flying about it'd be amazing to escape totally.
I'd quite happily use those tomatoes - just cut out any discoloured parts. I've used far worse most years.
