A few more of mine are out. I know I've posted the pom poms before I just can't believe how many blooms there are and how long they last. The orange one was from the pound shop as a tuber. I think I got 2 for £1. The white and pink were 10p each reduced from the range. They soon caught up!
Whilst I love my cactus dahlia I find the slugs and snails get at the foliage before a second or third bud opens fully, particularly after heavy rain (or I've been on holiday).
I will try pom poms next year, Chris65, as the succesion flowering looks good Useful web-link by the way.

Looks to me like a Kilburn Glow.
I spotted these at the southport Flower Show this year, definitely one i'll be adding to the garden next year.
