camomile lawn didnt flower

Does anyone know why my camomile lawn hasn't flowered this year? (apart from 3 or 4 flowers). For the last 3 years it has flowered very well. Thanks.

    Thanks both, its the flowering type and yes it is quite woody for a full lawn. I have 3 'patches' but none have flowered, oh well I'll wait and see what next year brings.
