OL, as my last word for the moment, I would just like to say that come Christmas, M&S and other outlets are awash with these and it is far more cost effective to buy. However, as with all things 'gardening', you get more satisfaction from your own efforts.
Just thought I should mention that, before you incur any expense.
Interesting about the scent of the blue ones - I had some this year, and they started off smelling lovely, but ended up so rank that the chicklets evicted them to outside the back door
