Fatsia Disaster

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me what is eating our Fatsia? It seems to be attacking the young leaves, to such an extent that the leaves don't grow, and end up all withered and brown . I've examined the leaves and can't find anything, other than the odd leafhopper. Is this leaf hopper damage? Any ideas please would be welcome. Thanks!
