Hi All
I just gone to dig up some of my potatoes out of my big potato buckets and as you get down to the bottom of the bucket, where we have had so much rain, the compost smells stagnant. Is this normal and will the potatoes still be ok to munch???

It is where excess water has been sitting and not draining away properly that is all -if there is no visible rot on the potatoes they will be fine
