Geranium that's leave have turned orange

I went on holiday with my geranium russell pritchard looking nice and green and healthy with lots of growth. I've come back after 2 weeks holiday and the leaves seem to have turned orange. Is this due to lack of watering or something else. Anything I should be doing ?

I have to say I did the whole flowerbed last year, cleared it and replanted it and fairly new to gardening. what a great day I've had seeing plants that have offshoots that I can replant and create more. so happy.
